About Us
Impacting Futures is a nonpartisan public charity organization that provides education on policy issues impacting young children and families, conducts research and analysis, provides strategic technical assistance, supports communications, and convenes relevant parties to discuss policies for young children and families.
What Do We Do?
Public Opinion Research and Analysis
We contract with an external national firm to conduct research and analysis each year across all 50 states to better understand the key policy and advocacy issues facing young children in any given year. We support polling and individual state-level analyses as warranted.
Strategic Engagement, Implementation, and Technical Assistance
We engage with state partners to support advocacy, policy, and public support for young children and their families through grants, expert staff policy technical assistance, sharing research and communications materials.
Communications Support
We support and amplify messages to improve the lives of young children and families through annual reports, policy briefs, paid and earned media, and elevating prior successes and lessons learned.
Convening
We convene one in-person and two virtual forums with grantees and key stakeholders, allowing for peer-to-peer exchange of ideas, strategies, and materials among leaders in different states.
